Ashwood - Wood River Village

Completed in 2014, the Ashwood Residence was Sienna Building Company’s first custom home in Bend. The project began with the demolition and removal of an existing manufactured home and detached garage, allowing the property to be reimagined as a modern, highly functional residence on a wooded, approximately half-acre site.

The home was designed for comfortable main-level living, with two primary suites, an open great room, hardwood flooring, quartz, tile and glass finishes, and energy-efficient heating. A three-car garage and an initially unfinished 600-square-foot accessory dwelling unit added flexibility and long-term value; the ADU was later completed as a separate rental residence.
